"OK, let's put this one here, this one here and that one there. Sorted. Now, where's the bar?"

Now there's an idea, lets put out 15 deckchairs on Saturday they can't perform any worse than the 15 plonkers we usually select. Cheers mon cherie, now to the bar!

Weird... all the rugby fans here in France are very worried about that game and a possible (bad...) surprise from this English team...

France are nervous because they have a grand slam to lose and England have nothing to lose. That is only natural. But I think they worry too much, this is not a great England side.

Surely you are happy about Ashton and Foden's inclusion though? Flood should do a slightly better job than JW in attack too, and since Jonny's kicking game has gone downhill there's not much he can offer right now.

Yes I'm happy enough with Foden and Ashton being picked but it does feel very much like an afterthought - England are closing the stable door after the horse has bolted.

Agree with flanker, forced changes and unconvincing qualification of selection by MJ does nothing to instill confidence in this side for Saturday's match.
It also does not inspire confidence for the future selection process - MJ and RA please prove us all wrong and select on form and not 'old school' we get enough of that with our politicians.

Took one look at Johnson and thought, this guy looks like a complete moron.

How could they think he could manage a team, when by the looks of him he can barely manage basic arithmetic?
