Ice Ice Baby

Research published in the Journal of Physiology recently suggests that the much loved ice bath might not quite be all it's cracked up to be when it comes to recovery from intense exercise.

Instead the report concludes that, rather than freezing one's bollocks off in a tub of icy water or in a cryotherapy chamber, a nice long soak in a hot bath is probably more beneficial.

Cold comfort for rugby players everywhere, no doubt.
