I played in the Saranac Lake, NY...I feel your pain. I played in the Saranac Lake, NY Can Am tournament 1st weekend in August and damaged the MCL in my right knee. So after a bit of rest with no running or training, I decided I was healthy enough to brace the knee and jump on the pitch as a sub in the club match this past weekend...3rd tackle and pulled my right calf muscle.
